3-D Printed Booklet Binding

$0.00 $0.00

**This is a digital file only (STL) — not a printed item.**

Download and print your own reusable booklet bindings so you can neatly store Imaginory booklets on the bookshelf, just like real published books.

Ready to print! Each binding takes about 15-20 minutes and uses roughly 6g of filament. Works great with basic PLA.

Two sizes included:

  • A4 (210mm)
  • US Letter (216mm)

Have fun experimenting! Colour-code by genre or author, match your book covers, or personalise with names and titles. You can easily customise them in the free online tool Tinkercad — just don’t change the main shape too much so the friction fit still works perfectly.

Don’t have your own 3D printer? No problem! Lots of local public libraries and community makerspaces offer 3D printing for free or just the small cost of the plastic (often just a couple of pounds/dollars for something this small).

Easy ways to find one near you:

  • Google: “library makerspace [your town]” or “3D printing near me”
  • In the UK: Search for local makerspaces, hackspaces, or library creative spaces
  • In the US: Check the Make: Makerspace Directory or your local library website

Just download the STL file and take (or send) it along — they’ll often help you get it printed. Perfect for trying things out without buying your own printer!
